Unidirectional material

For those applications requiring additional axial reinforcement, A&P Technology makes ZERO – a line of unidirectional fabrics with no to little crimp providing a high translation of fiber properties. A&P’s ZERO products can be used in conjunction with our off-axis reinforcements and are produced in three different formats:

Binderized unidirectional fabrics with a small percentage of hot melt applied to one side of the fabric

Veiled unidirectional fabrics to aid in net shape preforming or to enhance characteristics such as impact

Braided unidirectional fabrics – easy to infuse with increased drapability due to decreased binder content
